Chart of Accounts

This is the problem from crosswind....

The project planning is progressing. But the team has become frustrated working with the accounting department to set up a system of codes that the accounting department will use to track work on the project. This is known as what?
(A) Accounting codes.
(B) WBS numbering.
(C) Costbdgeting.
(D) Chart of accounts.

The answer is (D)
My question is Why not (A)?

Jim Huang 提到...

In account system, A chart of accounts (COA) is a list of all accounts tracked by a single accounting system, and should be designed to capture financial information to make good financial decisions. So the answer is (D).
I think this is a general management
skill of project management process.
